Shipping Information:

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 Business Days. Carrier Shipping time varies based on your location. Normal carrier times are 1-10 business days. 2-Day and Overnight Expedited shipping are available. If the item is damaged in shipping, please contact us right away and we will assist you in the carrier claims process.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Rogers Resort Inc. honors returns within 3 days from the date of delivery or physical location purchase, and when accompanied by a receipt and/or RMA#.***

***Subject to return exclusions and restocking fees.

We will accept returns for unopened new items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs and return shipping.

1. All items returned must be accompanied by Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)

2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) is REQUIRED on every return package.

5. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

The RMA# must be written on the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. Customer is responsible for original shipping and handling cost and the cost of return shipping.

Return Exclusions Policy:

Returns will only be accepted for wrong items shipped or products that are not as described. We cannot refund opened music, movies, collectibles, video games, video game systems, new electronics, or any other new products. New Defective items will be subject to manufacturer warranty.

Items will be inspected upon return and serial numbers will be checked. If the item shows signs of misuse, abuse, tampering, or does not meet our return and exchange policy above, your refund will not be processed.

How to return an item shipped to you in error or item that is not as described:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Do not return the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA# will not be processed.

Restocking Fees Policy: The buyer is responsible for Shipping & Handling Cost**, Return shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee on any unaccepted, refused, or returned products. Any Exceptions to this policy, will be made at our sole discretion.

**Items shipped with "Free Shipping" will be responsible for actual shipping & handling cost.

Disclaimer: All items are in stock when listed, however, we are unable to have a real time inventory. We have a retail storefront and other sales outlets, where items can sell at any time. If you order an item that is currently out of stock, you will have two choices. You can choose to go on back-order and we will ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available again (we should be able to provide you with an Estimated Time Of Arrival), or you can choose to have your money refunded in full. We will even give you $1.00 as an inconvenience fee. The back-order option is only available on Brand New products and not on open box items. Rarely, items are discontinued and we will not be able to provide a back-order option. If this happens we can replace the item with a model of comparable price and function, or we can refund your money promptly. Large Quantity orders of BRAND NEW products, please contact us prior to purchasing. Open box items are limited in quantity. If you order an Open Box item that is out of stock, your money will be refunded promptly.
